We at www.tulilabs.in allow our customers to book health check-up packages online. In order to avail this facility, the customers simply need to register themselves on www.tulilabs.in
General
The health packages booked online are non-transferable. This implies that the person on whose name the package has been registered holds all the rights and eligibility to avail the services mentioned at the lab or by home collection.
The customers are required to show the invoice or a copy of invoice generated online or received by email at the time of sample collection.
It is mandatory to follow 12 hours fasting for all the health packages.
We request you to go through these terms and conditions thoroughly before you finally use our online payment facility for your health check-up packages. All transactions and payments made online are subject as per your acceptance of these terms and conditions mentioned herewith. Availing of online payment facility on www.tulilabs.in means that you abide by the terms and conditions mentioned here.
Online Card Payments
Payments made using visa or master card can be processed using a gateway system for online payment. The transaction is directly authorized by the respective bank in order to make the transaction safe without passing any information to www.tulilabs.in. The authorisation code as well as the confirmation of the entire transaction will be issued by the bank using the online payment gateway within a few minutes depending on the internet connection.
www.tulilabs.in can neither access nor save any of your credit card details.
Internet Banking
You can make payments through the banks that we admit and you have an account with using the net banking options offered by the respective bank and the amount will be automatically debited from your bank account. www.tulilabs.in enables safe and secured transaction using online gateway system for payment processing.
Since these are way transactions, they are processed by the external banking sites. Therefore, there may be a delay of 1-3 days to update your payment in our records.
Confirmation: No action can be taken on the basis of information on the website unless you have received the confirmation of your transaction. In case, you do not receive an email confirmation regarding your transaction within the said time period, make sure you check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder making it sure that it is not misdirected and if still not received, kindly contact our customer care.

Tuli Diagnostic Centre is free to revise or edit any of its terms of use or ‘terms and conditions’ as per its convenience without any prior notice. You agree to abide by the current version of Terms and Conditions given on the website.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
The Company shall undertake to release the test report/s to the Customer if so opted for by him/her within [7] working days, unless it is required otherwise. Please allow the minimum time required for processing as specified for the test. Time taken during transit/shipping in case it is delivered by courier is additional to the processing time displayed on the site. Delivery shall be made in the course of the day, and the Customer agrees to abstain from requesting for deliveries at very early or late hours of the day. All attempts will be made to deliver on the preferred date of delivery but the Company will not be held liable if the delivery does not take place on the prescribed day. If the customer has made partial payment against the desired services to be availed, in such circumstances, the company may not be able to release the test reports due administrative/technical reasons.
NO DELIVERY ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS IN INDIA.
The Customer/s may also collect the reports by hand during working hours on the date mentioned on the receipt from the designated collection centre/branch of the Company. The test reports may also be displayed on the Website within the prescribed period and You may track the same by entering your Order ID.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- The E-Health Package is valid for a period of [7] days from the time and date of invoice generation. After 7 days, the Customer shall not be entitled to claim for Services and the company shall have the right to forfeit the fees already paid in such a case.
- Cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company within 72 hours from the time of booking. 3% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total amount of invoice. The Customer can contact us through e-mail id, support@tulilabs.inin case of cancellation and refund.
- The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from where payment was made and amount will not be refundable by any other mode.
- Refund of any valid cancellation amount will take 10 working days and will attract 5% of payment gateway charges.
